A studio, not an agency.
Strange Loops is a founder-led software studio. Every project is led by one person — from understanding the problem to deploying to production. The result is software you can rely on.
Founder
Andrej Naňo
I studied computer science and have spent most of my career building custom software for businesses and professionals — web applications, internal tools, client portals, platforms. I work with companies that need a system built specifically for them, because off-the-shelf solutions don’t cut it.
Before every project, I want to understand how your business works. The best software reflects your expertise — it doesn’t replace it. And the details in the interface make the difference between a system people tolerate and one that actually moves their work forward.
Real businesses run on systems I’ve designed — a physiotherapy clinic manages patients through one, a travel agency handles bookings through another. Not demo projects — software in live production.
Quality software isn’t a luxury. It’s a foundation every business deserves — regardless of budget.
Understanding before code
Every project starts with understanding your problem, processes, and constraints. I don’t write code until I know what you actually need.
Proven tech stack
Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL. No experiments on your project. Technologies I know deeply and that have proven themselves in production.
One accountable person
You communicate directly with me — the same person who designs, builds, and deploys your system. If something breaks, I fix it. By name.
How it works
From first call to production — three steps, clear deliverables at each.
Introductory call
Tell me what you’re dealing with. 15–30 minutes, no strings attached. If I see I can help, we’ll plan the next step — a diagnostic or technical specification.
Design & development
I work in short cycles with regular demos. You see progress every week — if something changes, we adapt immediately.
Operations & growth
Delivery isn’t the end. I offer retainer programs — ongoing fixes, improvements, scaling. Or I’ll teach you to manage the system yourself.
