General rules
- Published prices are starting points. Final quotes reflect actual scope and are confirmed before work begins.
- Work begins after contract signature and advance invoice payment.
- Standard project phase: 4 working weeks (excluding holidays).
- Rush fee: +50% for timelines shorter than standard. +100% for night/weekend/holiday work.
- Source code transferred via Git after final invoice payment.
- Post-delivery warranty: 60 days from production deployment or client acceptance. Covers bug fixes for delivered scope.
- 2 feedback/revision rounds included per project phase. Additional rounds billed at MD rate.
- Infrastructure costs (hosting, domains, third-party services) invoiced separately at cost.
- Retainers: 3-month minimum commitment, monthly billing in advance. Rates reviewed annually with 30 days notice.

Glossary
- Man-day (MD)
- One working day = 8 hours. Minimum engagement: 0.5 MD.
- Diagnostics
- Paid scoping phase. Delivers technical specification. Credited toward project if proceeding.
- Feedback round
- Written feedback on delivered work. Processing: max 1 MD per round.
- Source code
- All rights transfer to client after final payment. Delivered via Git.
- Warranty
- 60 days post-delivery. Covers defects in originally specified features. Does not cover new features.
- Retainer
- Monthly subscription for ongoing capacity. Min 3-month commitment.
- Ad-hoc
- One-off engagement without retainer commitment. Minimum €500 (0.5 MD).
- Project phase
- A 4-week delivery cycle within a project. Prototype projects are typically 1 phase. Complex Applications may span 3–5 phases.
- Rush
- Timeline shorter than the standard listed for the service tier. Triggers +50% fee on quoted project price.
- Infrastructure costs
- Third-party services required for the project: hosting, domains, SSL certificates, email services, analytics tools, etc. Invoiced at cost.
