Pricing

This isn't a conventional price list. What a project costs depends on what exactly you need, so it can't be reduced to fixed figures. What you'll find here is what we do and how we arrive at the price. Once we agree on it, it holds. If the work runs long, that's on us.

An engagement usually has three parts. First we get clear on what's actually needed, through a diagnostics or an audit. Then we build it. And once it's running, we look after it and keep it growing, which usually surfaces the next thing worth assessing. Each part can be commissioned on its own.

First step

Diagnostics & Audit

A low-commitment, paid start. Before any larger work, we get clear on exactly what's needed — or review what you already have.

Diagnostics

~1 week

Together we get clear on exactly what needs building. The result is a technical specification and a fixed project price. The fee is credited in full if we go ahead with the build.

Audit

~4–5 days

An independent expert review of what you already have. You pick the lens; you get an actionable report with concrete next steps.

Build

Custom software

Internal tools, web applications, information systems, and platforms. From a small tool that saves a few people time to the system the whole company runs on.

Every custom system is different and has its own price. We set it together, once it's clear what's involved. We know an indicative range right after a short call; diagnostics turns it into an exact, fixed number.

Principle

How we price

We don't bill hours. The price reflects what the project delivers and the responsibility we take on for it. For you that means a fixed number you can plan around. The risk of the work running long sits with us, not you. On every project we weigh three things.

What's riding on it

How much of your operation depends on the software working. A system the whole business runs on is built with a higher bar for reliability, testing, and resilience. That responsibility is part of the price.

What it connects to

Whether it's a clean new project, or has to plug into what you already have: data, systems, and established ways of working. Respecting an existing environment is more work than a greenfield, and the price simply reflects that.

How well-defined the goal is

When the goal is sharp, we can quote tightly. When it's still taking shape, the range is wider. That is exactly what diagnostics is for: it turns the range into a fixed number.

That's why there's no price list here. After a short call we know an indicative range; diagnostics turns it into an exact, fixed number. That's the figure that then holds.

Build

Web

Websites that deploy fast and rank well. Three scopes by the size of the site. Responsive, search-optimized, GDPR-compliant.

Landing page

A single page built around one goal. Deployed, search-optimized, with simple content management.

Business website

Multiple sections, a CMS, analytics, GDPR compliance. A site that represents the company and brings in enquiries.

Complex website

A large site: multilingual, advanced SEO, booking or payments, with care for accessibility.

Every project includes design, development, testing, deployment, and a 60-day warranty. The source code is yours once it's paid.

Ongoing

Partnership

Once a system is running, someone should look after it and keep it moving. Four levels by how much attention it needs. You can change level at any time.

Foundation

Hosting, monitoring, backups, certificates. The site or app stays up and stays safe.

Care

Foundation, plus bug fixes and small changes as needed. Someone is looking after it.

Momentum

Dedicated capacity for ongoing improvement and new features. The product moves forward every month.

Partner

We are part of your team. We actively grow the product and share in steering where it goes.

Monthly billing in advance, 30-day notice. Need a one-off change without an ongoing arrangement? That works too, quoted per job.
